Refund policy

A. Domestic Returns (India)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging with tags intact
• Returned within 24 hours from delivery

Returned items that meet these conditions will be eligible for KISCAY Store Credit.

Products that are used, washed, altered, or missing tags are not eligible for return.


B. International Orders
• No return is accepted for international parcels under any circumstances.
• International orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.


C. Return Process (Domestic)
To initiate a return:
• Email care@kiscaylabel.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return
• Follow instructions provided by the KISCAY support team
• Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer
• COD orders are not eligible for return

Store Credit will be issued once the returned product is verified.


D. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Used, washed, altered, or customer-damaged products
• Sale / discounted items (if applicable)
• COD orders
• International orders

Refund Policy (Upon Return)

Once your return is received and inspected, the KISCAY team will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:
• Refund will be issued as KISCAY Store Credit
• Redeemable on www.kiscaylabel.com
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Valid for 3 months from date of issue

Exchange Policy (If Applicable)

A. Eligibility
Exchanges are applicable only if the item:
• Is defective or damaged from our end
• Has a size-related issue

Item must be returned within 5 days in original packaging with tags intact.

Important:
If product is damaged or incorrect, a parcel opening video must be shared at care@kiscaylabel.com before exchange approval.


B. International Orders
International exchanges may not be possible due to shipping and customs charges.
Please contact care@kiscaylabel.com before initiating.


C. Exchange Process

D. Shipping Charges
All exchange shipping charges must be borne by the customer.


Discount / Sale
During sale, return, exchange, and refund are not applicable.
Exchange allowed only in case of defect.
